Let’s practice using the Past Perfect.
HOW TO PLAY:
1.) Players or teams take turns inventing what had happened before the event in the squares.
They must make at least one full sentence in Past Perfect.
2.) Drag and drop the pieces to move around the board.
3.) If a team lands on a ‘pronounce this’ square, they must pronounce the verbs correctly. Does the ‘ed’ sound like ‘id’, ‘t’, or ‘d’?
4.) If a team lands on an “other team’ square, the other team challenges them to say the past participles of the verbs.
