Recommendations for how to learn these quickly and efficiently:
1.) Decide on a time that you will review these every day, and make it part of your routine.
2.) Make three affirmative sentences with each verb:

The first sentence is in Present Simple, and starts with “I”, “you”, “we”, or “they”.
The second sentence is also in Present Simple, but it starts with “he”, “she”, or “it”, so the verb will have an “s” form at the end.
The third sentence is in Past Simple, and starts with any subject.

Here is an example with the verb “go” :
I go to the park with my dog every Saturday.
Anna usually goes to the coffee shop after work.
