Terms and Conditions
Payment Policy
Payment is required to reserve class hours.
New contracts must be paid the week before classes begin. Students with ongoing classes can reserve their hours up to two days ahead.
Cancellation Policy
One in six classes can be rescheduled by the student with twenty-four hours advance notice.
Rescheduled classes are added to the end of the regular schedule. Additional cancellations, and any cancellation without proper notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.
If the teacher cancels without twenty-four hour notice, the class will be rescheduled, and in addition, the student will receive an extra free hour of class time.
Rescheduling Policy
Students with packages can change their normal schedules to any hours that are available at the time of the change. One week’s notice is required. (This change means that the new hours are reserved. The students old hours are no longer reserved.)
In case of emergency, students with packages can pause their classes for 30 days up to 3 months. Their class schedule will not be reserved.
Late Arrival Policy
Arriving late for class does not mean that the class time will be extended. The teacher will wait for 20 minutes, then close the class.
Cheating Services
Exhibit A English offers legitimate test-preparation, including mock exams. However, it is NOT a cheating service. Classes are designed to help students feel genuinely capable and to master the language, in order to excel in exams and assignments on their own merits.

Política de pago
Se requiere el pago para reservar las horas de clase.
Los nuevos contratos deben pagarse la semana anterior al comienzo de las clases. Los estudiantes con clases en curso pueden reservar sus horas hasta dos días antes.
Política de cancelación
Una de cada seis clases puede ser reprogramada por el estudiante con veinticuatro horas de antelación.
Las clases reprogramadas se añaden al final del horario regular. Las cancelaciones adicionales y cualquier cancelación sin la debida notificación no serán reprogramadas ni reembolsadas.
Si el profesor cancela sin haber avisado con veinticuatro horas de antelación, la clase se reprogramará y, además, el alumno recibirá una hora libre extra de clase.
Política de reprogramación
Los estudiantes con paquetes pueden cambiar sus horarios a cualquier hora que esté disponible en el momento del cambio. Es necesario avisar con una semana de antelación. (Este cambio significa que las nuevas horas están reservadas. Las antiguas horas de los estudiantes ya no están reservadas).
En caso de emergencia, los estudiantes con paquetes pueden pausar sus clases durante 30 días hasta 3 meses. Su horario de clases no será reservado.
Política de llegadas tarde
Llegar tarde a clase no significa que se prolongue el tiempo de clase. El profesor esperará 20 minutos y cerrará la clase.
Servicios para hacer trampas
Exhibit A English ofrece servicios legítimos de preparación de exámenes, incluyendo simulacros de exámenes. Sin embargo, NO es un servicio para hacer trampas. Las clases están diseñadas para ayudar a los estudiantes a sentirse realmente capaces y a dominar el idioma, con el fin de sobresalir en los exámenes y trabajos por méritos propios.
