Payment Policy:
-Classes must be paid a minimum of 2 days before classes begin. Same day payments are not accepted.
-I accept payment through Nequi, Bancolombia, or in cash.
Cancellation Policy:
-A maximum of 1 in 6 classes can be rescheduled by the student with 24 hour advance notice. -Rescheduled classes are added to the end of the regular schedule. Additional cancellations, and any cancellation without 24 notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.
-If the teacher cancels without 24 hour notice, the class will be rescheduled, and in addition, the student will receive an extra free hour of class time.
Late Arrival Policy:
Students are, of course, free to arrive for their scheduled classes whenever they want to. However, they must understand that arriving late does not mean that the class time will be extended.
Translation and Correction Services:
Students can choose to spend class-time working on job/homework assignments, or on translating and correcting texts.
Students can request writing assignments, which the teacher will correct outside of class hours, and review with the student the following class.
The teacher will not do translation work, and will not correct texts that weren’t assigned by the teacher outside of class hours.
Cheating Services:
Exhibit A English Club offers legitimate test-preparation, including mock exams. However, it is NOT a cheating service. Classes are designed to help students feel genuinely capable and to master the language, in order to excel in exams and assignments on your own merits.
