Read through all of the questions, then take turns selecting questions to ask each other.

3.) What behaviours are least helpful in resolving conflict?
4.) Describe an argument you have had. What was it about? How was the issue resolved?
5.) Where do you draw the line on what treatment you will tolerate? What is a deal breaker for you?
6.) What’s a frenemy? Have you ever had one?
7.) What rules do you think are important in a fair fight?
8.) Describe a disagreement that you have witnessed.
9.) Do you know someone who thrives on crisis and drama?
10.) Do you ever feel like someone isn’t listening to you? What do you do in this situation?
11.) Describe a time that someone crossed your boundaries. How did you handle it?
