Let’s expand our war and peace vocabulary, and practice using different registers with a Formal, Normal, Informal game.
When we communicated, we are doing a lot more than just providing information or expressing our opinion. We are also communicating about our emotions, our status, ideology, values, and our desired relationship with the person or people we are speaking with.
Here, we are trying to communicate that we are peaceful and intelligent, and hope to share our sense of tranquility and common sense.
